Amazed

I just had the privilege to stand in front of 20+ members of our band, vocal and sound team. While we had some really important things to go over as we prepare to bring God our best in this next season of ministry, I couldn't keep my mind from wandering.
No, not wandering...I was marveling.

As I stood in front of these people - I looked around and was just amazed.
I was amazed at the talent in the room.
I was amazed by the collective sacrifice this group represents.
I was amazed at their eagerness for more, for better, for deeper.
I was amazed at their commitment to the cause of Christ.
I was amazed at the models of servant heartedness that were looking back at me.
I was amazed at friendships, new and old, that have been through the best of times and the worst of times...together.
I was amazed by the spouses and families that made it possible for these people to be here for this meeting, that make it possible for these people to use their gifts in this incredibly powerful way for entire weekends.

I was amazed that for some reason God has seen fit to let me be a part of such an outstanding, inspiring, engaging, gracious and loving group of people.

What's more amazing?
This group only represented a portion of the individuals that make up the rest of the Arts Team @ Meck!

the Arts Staff want you to know that we love you, we pray for you and we count ourselves extremely privileged to be able to serve and lead you. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you. You truly are the best. You make Meck what it is, and that is an awesome thing indeed.
